Pinnacle Dialysis Center focuses on providing quality care to all of its clients. We aim to prioritize our patients care.  Our Renal Care Team is comprised of a Board Certified Nephrologist, dialysis nurses, certified renal dietitian, and LMSW Social worker who helps coordinate case management and individualized psychosocial care. Our Renal team coordinates the medical and nutritional needs of dialysis residents. In its true essence, the team assesses the needs of each patient and puts a great deal of emphasis on person centered care.
