Pinnacle’s Adult Day Care Program is an alternative to nursing home placement where the frail elderly and/or disabled young adults can spend some time away from home in a supportive environment.

Our program gives participants the opportunity to meet and establish supportive relationships with other individuals from the community with similar life experiences, medical conditions & psycho-social needs.

We provide services five days a week that are geared towards engaging and involving each participant’s unique interest all the while maintaining their well-being.

We are committed to providing a nurturing and active adult environment as well as medical monitoring, education, support and guidance.
